Pasta Bolognese - Vegetarian

Per 5 people 

  • 1 can chopped tomatoes
  • 1 500g jar¬†Bolognese Pasta Sauce
  • 500g pasta
  • 50g mixed vegetables (tinned or frozen)
  • 200g meat free mince

Mix everything except the pasta together well in advance and leave over a low flame - the longer you leave it the better the taste. If it starts to look a bit dry, just add a little hot water.

When cooking the pasta, get LOTS of water boiling and then throw in the pasta just before you need it, according to the cooking instructions. This will help it get evenly cooked.
