Squirrels often go on day trips to visit our older sections while camping, for example, our visit to the whole group Christmas camp in 2023. We prefer to learn new things throughout the day, but we get to go back to a familiar bed for a rest at night. Although occasionally we may go on a weekend trip.

Sometimes we visit local buildings to hear their stories, learning new things from listening to others. We recently visited Northfield’s Fire Station, hearing about their amazing adventures, saving people’s lives and learning how to use their equipment.
